Terms of Use

Scope

These terms of use apply to the use of the Swiss Fight Connect platform, operated by ShogunTeamSwiss GmbH, Pfeffingerring 201, 4147 Aesch.

Accounts and roles

The platform has the roles gym, promoter and administration. An account must be used personally; login credentials may not be shared. The person holding the account is responsible for actions carried out through it.

Registration of gyms and fighters

New gyms and new fighter profiles are initially given the status "pending review". The administration approves or rejects them. Only approved fighter profiles of approved gyms are publicly visible and discoverable in the promoter search. Significant changes to an approved profile trigger a new review.

Obligations of the gym

The gym only enters accurate information and updates it when it changes, in particular record, weight and availability. The gym ensures that it is authorized to record the fighter data and upload the images and that the required consents are in place. For fighters under 18, consent of the legal guardian is required.

Use by promoters

Promoters may use the search and profiles exclusively for arranging fights and organizing events. Fightcard files and profile information may not be passed on to third parties or used for other purposes. Contact is made via the fight request on the platform to the owning gym.

Images and content

For uploaded images, the gym grants consent upon upload to use them in connection with the fighter profile, fightcards, events, website and social media. Consent is logged with a date and can be withdrawn for the future. Unlawful, offensive or misleading content is prohibited.

Prices

• Gym membership: CHF 90.– per year, including 1 fighter profile
• Each additional fighter slot: CHF 45.– per year
• Promoters: registration and fighter search free of charge

Payment

Online payment is being set up. As long as no payment provider is connected, no payment takes place via the platform and no payment transaction is triggered. The administration will inform gyms before online payment is activated. Receipts for membership and fighter slots will be provided in the gym dashboard once available.

Term and termination

Access exists for as long as it is used by the account holder and is not terminated. Termination is done via a deletion request in the "Account" area or by message to swissfightconnect@gmx.ch. Critical gym, fighter and billing data is not automatically deleted but is reviewed and deleted or blocked to the extent permitted.

Suspension and deactivation

The administration may reject, deactivate or suspend gyms and fighter profiles if information is inaccurate, consents are missing, or these terms are violated. Affected parties will be informed of the reason.

Availability

The platform is continuously developed further. Individual features may change, be added, or be temporarily unavailable.

Changes to these terms

Changes are published on this page and marked with a new document version. At registration, the accepted version is recorded with a date.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the operator, unless mandatory statutory jurisdiction applies.
